This is a six-month program built around strategy, action, and accountability. You’ll learn proven frameworks, apply them in your business, and have a supportive group of women (plus expert guidance) to help you stay consistent and get results.
It’s designed for women who already have a business and want to grow, whether that means more clients, stronger systems, or better work-life balance. Most participants are small to medium business owners ready to step up from surviving to scaling.
You’ll meet for structured sessions each fortnight, with short, focused tasks between sessions to implement what you’ve learned. The emphasis is on progress without overwhelm, so you’ll always know what to prioritise next.
You can absolutely join as a solo business owner. Many women start here before building their first team. We have women from small businesses to 7-figure companies who want to scale and grow. The strategies you learn will grow with you as your business expands.
Most participants see measurable improvements within the first three months. By the end of six months, many have increased revenue, built consistent leads, and gained the confidence to make bigger decisions.
